Greeted right after by 3 very nice young women. This was my first time to this location so one of them showed me where the quiet room was and asked if I needed the restroom or anything to drink. I waited barely a minute and my therapist, Tym, came out to greet me. I have been traveling a lot and also suffering terrible headaches this week. He had his work cut out for him! Tym asked what I needed and when I gave him the rundown, he clearly listened and then made some alternate suggestions to help get to the root of the issues. I truly appreciate this - he’s the expert so I’m always open to advice.
Massage was good and Tym is a great masseuse. Just make sure you call within the window to cancel to confirm the actual charge you will be charged. There is very small print that if you are not a first time visitor your rate goes up 1.7x. They make no mention of this when you check in and it was a surprise when I checked out. Further take note that the massage time is always 10 minutes less than the amount of time scheduled because they consider 10 minutes of dress and undress time. Both these things are posted on their website just making sure people confirm their booking price before getting within the cancellation.

I have been a member of Massage Envy since 2012. I began using the Sandy Hook location in 2025 as it is the most convenient location for me at this time. I have been seeing Roraima for every massage. She is absolutely excellent. She is professional and always on time. She asks what I would like to focus on and then silently gives an amazing massage. I look forward to my session with her every time. I highly recommend Roraima. Also, this location is extremely clean, well-kept and the front desk ladies are always warm, friendly, professional & very welcoming. I am so happy to have found this location!
