From the moment I walked into the salon I was treated with respect and kindness. I was having a hair emergency and Lola (plus the other stylist) stepped up to save my hair!! She listened to everything I wanted and was very transparent with pricing and what she was doing with my hair. I have not found a salon in Charlotte that I truly trust and enjoy, but this salon is now my go to. I could also tell with how busy their salon was that they care about their customers. I will be back the day before my wedding, that's how much I loved Lola!!

Love Fanny! I came all the way from Gastonia for a semi-color and blowout, and it was 100% worth it. The customer service is top-notch—Poppy at the front desk is so welcoming, and every single lady there is incredibly friendly. And my hair? Absolutely slayed!
