Sophia is a magician! Five stars doesn’t do justice to Lotus Balance. Past hip issues and recent shoulder surgery have left me tight and lacking full range of motion. After one session, I was able to get my right arm above and behind my back further than before my appointment. Sophia is extremely knowledgeable - the spots that I knew were the tightest, she was able to pinpoint within a second of touching them. She is very kind and welcoming, as is the rest of her staff. Excited to work with Sophia so I can get my body back to full health

Amazing. Lily did a phenomenal very deep tissue, I was amazed at all she accomplished in the time we had. Highly recommend if you like a “fix me” massage—LOTS of tension relief!

My partner’s a massage therapist, so I’ve had a fair amount of massages, but this was one of the best massages I’ve ever received! The ladies were very sweet too, and they aren’t overpriced like other places in Charlotte. Highly recommend!
