I've always love going here, the stylist is accommodating, listens to your concerns,and extremely patient, I started going here when pandemic started, and I felt safe in her establishment, she's amazing, now I just have to get the courage to get a amazing hair color. ?

Definitely not professional at all! I understand why people posted the reviews that they did but I went into it open minded. She isn’t the biggest people person but I wasn’t looking for that. However, where it took every ounce of humanity in me not to get up and go off, the owner thought that she was slick and was VAPING… yes VAPING WHILE DOING MY 12 year old daughter’s hair. As a mother that is SO disrespectful! I don’t smoke so what gives you the right to do that around my child. Obviously your habit has more control on you then your desire to be professional. You could have stepped out of the office to do that. But no you waited until I was under the hair dryer looking down trying to pull that stunt. Yeah, don’t go here. First and last time. And way overpriced. Hairstyles did not last.In response to the owners replyExcuse me ma’am. When I’m paying you $150 I have the right to my opinion! Whether you like it or not. I’m paying your cost to be the boss! Seeing as it was coming out of my pocket. And I have no problem stopping by your shop tomorrow, and telling you to your face, what I think of you and your lack of professionalism. Please don’t test me because I’m more than willing to stop by Albemarle rd. And I didn’t ask you whether it was odorless or not. I used to smoke so I am well aware of its affects. Vaping is one of the most harmful ways of smoking due to its impact! Secondly, since you found the audacity to respond to me in such manner I will be reporting you and your business! To anyone reading this review it just goes to show you everything that I wrote was in fact true. Clearly she is offended when she is held accountable for her actions. I shouldn’t have to tell a So Called Adult the difference between right or wrong? The ONLY reason that I did not say something while I was there was because I am FULLY AWARE of my temperament.
