CLARISSA!!!!!!!! There are no hands as gifted as this woman's! She was TERRIFIC! I get massages monthly and never, had I ever received a better massage. If I ever move from Charlotte, I'd travel near and far to book with her. She was so attentive to my body and really dug deep to exceed her job. Never in my life. I can’t stress that enough. I’m speechless

Every time I go to LaVida, I think I’ve found the Best Masseuse and then each time I seem to get a better one but no doubt in my mind that today, 11/5/2022-Saturday, I had absolutely the Best Masseuse ever, I will definitely Always try to get her. I’m so worried if I share her name she’ll always be booked but I will mention her. Her name is Keicia she does deep tissue. I told her I felt like butter-she literally smoothed out all my knots in my back, shoulders, arms, legs. She seems to have found some I didn’t even know I had.I think I left there 2 inches taller. I have Always had great service at LaVida in Ballantyne. Everyone has always been very kind and helpful. The manager is wonderful! This would be a great place for gifts for Christmas to try it out. I am a member I would really recommend becoming a member, it saves money in the long run and you can save them if you can’t make it 1 month
