Customer service is amazing! Every customer is treated with courtesy and respect. Andy, the owner, is always polite, professional and accommodating when scheduling appointments over the phone. They do great nails. I would highly recommend this nail salon. One of the best in Charlotte.Services: Pedicure

Have been here three times now hoping to give this place a chance. But I’m sad to say that I’m always highly disappointed. The staff is super friendly and welcoming but always very rushed. I make appointments and make sure to go hours before they close but they are always super rushed and looking at the next customer as I sit down. The shape is always wrong, they are too rough, the filing tools get super hot on nail bed, and they over file natural nails each time. The prices are very fair though, and again the staff is very nice.Services: Pedicure

Been coming to this place for years and love it so much! Needed my nails done and with someone in my house being immune compromised I wore a mask into get my nails done. They were kind enough without even asking to put masks on seeing mine. They kept right on going without missing a beat! Thank you to Stephan and everyone who made this a comfortable thing.
