I had a GREAT first experience with this service, and left a wonderful review, but I just took it down. My first professional lashes: they looked great, there was great professionalism, etc, but I made an appt for a fill-in, prior to going to an event this weekend and Merryll's appt booking system was not operational, so I got stood up. And because I NEEDED the fill-in, i had to go and buy strip lashes just to fill in what was missing so that I didn't look odd to people. Merryll was very apologetic and rescheduled with me for the next day. Well.....I'm stood up again and I'm going on a trip in 3 days, so this fill-in is much needed. So, needless to say, I won't be revisiting....read full review
