“I had a huge diseased willow oak on my property which I needed to have removed so that falling limbs wouldn't damage my (or an adjacent property). I received 5 quotes all from (BBB, Google, Yelp, Angie's List ) from highly rated (and insured) companies with prices all over the place (for the exact same cutting down and removal).

Despite reaching out to the other companies explaining that their quotes were way over-priced (some $4000 + more) for removal and hauling away of a single tree, I failed to have a single reputable company come within range of AAA Tree's quote. It seemed as though all of the other companies had an additional layer of scheduling/ phone sales/ billing who wanted their cut of the work so just weren't going to budge on their inflated prices.

I was able to be flexible in the timing of the tree removal and AAA Tree worked with me to fit my tree work into their schedule. They stood by their very reasonable quote and performed the work exactly as they quoted.

“Krystal and Daniel were of the utmost help today. I was in a bit of an emergency situation and needed a full cut and edging this weekend, after finding a violation letter in the mail on Thursday. Krystal came out promptly on Friday for my estimate and came back with Daniel today to do the work. Stayed within my budget and got the work I needed done in a quick manner as today is Saturday and the work is already done before noon. We had a retaining wall put in the backyard that looks absolutely beautiful (it was a death trap before they worked on it) We also had an old Red Japanese Maple that many landscapers told us to give up on - and they saved it and it’s thriving now! “This company did a beautiful job of putting the travertine around the pool.They also hauled in alot of rock for the maintenance free side . Built a small wall for the offset of slope in my yard. The firepit was also built by R & R as well as irrigation,fence. 4 stars because the guys were no habla ingles but 5 overall.Vivian does an excellent job of getting the problems translated,if any problems arose. “I purchased a home by DR Horton. Loving group did the landscaping. Under warranty DR Horton helped with a bush that died and a tree. I unfortunately had bad luck with the tree replacement and DR Horton said that I was out of warranty. Very frustrated with them, I happened to stop by the shop and found it to be closed. Frustrated more, I knocked anyway because there was a car there. TR, the manager there, actually answered the door. He was awesome and said he would fix my tree problem. “Had a leak in my irrigation system and after contacting 6 other businesses I saw his ad online-I submitted my request and received a phone call within 5 minutes. My leak required me to cut off the water to the house so I needed someone quick-contact was made after 2pm and I am in Gastonia-Rick recognized the immediacy of my situation and by 5pm Matt had me fixed-was great to take a shower that afternoon without having to go outside and turning the water on and then going back out to cut it off-would highly recommend this company.
