Called this company to install whole house filter and he said will come the same day.Kept telling about his eta next hour until it was too late.Then appointment for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, so he was just keep responding that he has an emergency and he will come tomorrow. He never called that he is late or he is not going to come at all, I had to call him myself to ask if he still coming.The last day that he supposed to come was Wednesday and I called to see if he is on the way he said that he broke someone’s pipe and now he has to fix it… that meant my appointment got canceled.
