I cannot say enough good things about this spot. Everyone has been so kind and welcoming, and I love working with Ashley---she's got infectious good energy, is trauma-informed in her approach, and is so knowledgeable. Wholeheartedly recommend this practice, especially for pelvic floor PT.

The people and place feel like family and home. Even after being a patient for a few years- Joyce and her team continue to make my PT experiences fresh, new and fun —- they genuinely care.

I cannot express how helpful Ashley has been to solve my issue. Although my problem was embarrassing, I never felt intimidated or uncomfortable with Ashley’s procedures. She is empathic but more importantly, she is knowledgeable! I did the exercises even if I didn’t understand how they would help, but they worked. I am grateful for my sessions with Ashley as I can now resume my lifestyle without anxiety of my problem. She is the BEST!
