My mom and I tried this place for the first time and they were so welcoming and loving. The hospitality was also amazing. The place was fresh and clean! Thanks to Kim & Terri for the amazing service and our new nail home! ?
Absolutely the best nail bar in Steele Creek in my opinion. The customer service, the service, the relaxing vibe (clean white vibes). It’s convenient to the interstate and next to a coffee/tea shop! They are also open on Sundays which I love if I need to switch it up due to childcare. Absolutely a treat every time I am there!!
Arriving late to the Queen City and unaware of any nail salons. Katio was not only conveniently located next to my hotel, but also open later. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The young man who shaped my nails for Mrs. Julie was so funny and his spirit was infectious. The salon is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Very clean and well maintained. I was very pleased with my services. The 20% holiday discount was also a nice incentive. I’d definitely recommend and if ever in the area again, I’ll be retuning.
