K1 got to me on the SAME day I called!! He let me know when he would be here and was prompt! Evaluated my dryer, ordered part and all is taken care of. Kris is very friendly and very knowledgeable!! I would highly recommend him 100%.

Kris was available and on time to help us through a refrigerator dying. He was thorough with his exploration before letting me know it would cost more to repair than replace. I appreciate his honesty and not letting me settle for a temporary fix when it would’ve only lasted short term. Definite customer service that you don’t see much anymore and we will be using him for any future issues!
