I have used Jim Dickerson Plumbing for many years for major items- redoing plumbing during kitchen remodel and water heater replacement- and general repairs like clogged drains and leaking toilets. Their technicians arrive when promised, explain what needs to be done, perform work efficiently, and make sure all is working and cleaned up before leaving.
Their office staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

My complete HVAC system was toast! I had the Duke Energy repair plan so I called them and they sent this company to my house. The system was beyond repair, so they gave me a quote to replace! I felt like the price was reasonable so I had them back to do the work. VJ was very professional, friendly and focused on his work! My air is working again and I am one happy customer! Thank you SO much!
