We LOVE this company, they are our life savers. We have a 4000++ sqf home in Mooresville/Mount Ulla and had engaged a floor company at the end of September. By early December, we were still living in sawdust and plywood, no furniture and pure chaos. We contacted JB Roza to come out after terminating the contract with the original company. They were professional, came right away, gave us an extremely fair estimate to install the floors and started right away. They are extremely hard workers, come early, leave late, no breaks, leave everything so clean every day, worked long hours to get everything done. My experience with JB Roza Flooring was probably the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a contractor. The price was fair, the installation was timely, and the floors looked excellent. I would personally recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again myself in the future.

Joe and his crew did a great job on my floors. Showed up on time and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I appreciated his willingness to do some small touch up areas in other places in my home. Will use them again in the future.
