Sometimes I feel like the "ratings" don't allow me to accurately portray my feelings. I mean I know that's what the actual review box is for, but of course people pay a lot of attention to the stars, so... I don't know. Anyway, Stephanie called me to apologize... sincerely. You know how some people just apologize because of the whole "the customer is always right" mantra. Well she apologized because she gave me her real feelings initially and also let me know that after she reflected she realized she was in the wrong. I appreciated that. We're human, so it's only real that we feel some type of way about the situation but it takes maturity to reflect on the situation and identify whether you are truly in the right or wrong. She also let me know that I can come back for a free service. I appreciate that as well. I mean she apologized profusely. And I truly believe it's because she knows that whole scenario could have played out a whole different way. She let me know if I ever feel negatively about something when I come for a service to come to her so it can be resolved immediately. That's cool too. So! Will I be back?... maybe. I know I get a free service, but by the time I need a cut or some other service I probably won't be near that area anymore. I'm all about venturing to far out places for a service or product(s), but we'll see. When I find a service/product that I truly love, I'm loyal. No really... I still go to my esthetician in Cary when I go home. All in all... try Stephanie out. I mean she is great at what she does and she does have an "open door" policy, which I'm sure anyone can appreciate.
