I saw Chey for a much needed massage and can’t believe how good I feel! I carry my stress in my neck and shoulders and somehow she seems to have evaporated it all! She has a very relaxing presence and soothing touch. Highly recommended to anyone else who needs their tension melted away.
I've been seeing Melanie for Nutrition services for a few months now. She is an amazing person and has helped me a lot! I have always been bad about eating correctly and she has given me a (judgement free) environment for me to learn and be more aware of what I eat. I've already seen improvements on the scale after a few months and I would definitely suggest someone who's on the fence about seeing someone to help with these issues to talk to Melanie!
