Everyone that I have worked with on the Impact Design Team, especially Isaiah, Ernesto & Alan have been outstanding. Because of a few complications on my end, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They exceeded my high expectations.

My wife and I bought a new home in Fort Mill and worked with Alli at Impact Design. We selected Impact because when Alli came to the house in order to see what we wanted, she listened. Carefully. And she took what we said and added her knowledge and expertise to design an incredible master BR walk-in closet and a kitchen pantry. She was a joy to work with. The installers, Tim and Jeff also were stars. They were careful and clean in doing the work that had to be done inside. Their skill and talent were apparent as they took a seemingly endless number of different pieces and made closets out of them using an electric saw, drill, screwdrivers, hammers and everything else that one has to use to get the job done. The price also was in line with their competitors. So, our conclusion is that you can't go wrong with Impact. Nice people, good work, on time, clean and at a competitive price. Jay & Roberta

If you are looking into have closet or pantry organization done we highly suggest Impact Design Resources. We found Alli (704-231-8192) quite helpful and responsive. They also have a showroom. We talked with many vendors and found her design our favorite and most economical. I am attaching pics. Check out the 4-tier Lazy Susan in the pantry. Great way to get the most out of small spaces.
