Made a customer wait TWO HOURS and texted days to apologize with a “story” and supposedly no access to her social media… refund WAS NOT AN OPTION, customer rescheduled and lash tech disappeared. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Customer is in her teens and basically took her $220, wouldn’t want this leash tech service!
