Dennis and his team executed an amazing design and transformation of my garage into a heated living space, which included a 1/2 bath, kitchenette with a 2 burner cook top, slide out cabinet for the microwave, garage size refrigerator/freezer, in wall electric fireplace and a bar with a beverage frig!!! The space is truly amazing and finish work is excellent!

We recently worked with Hummingbird to renovate our bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier. Dennis and the construction team went to great lengths to ensure the rest of our house was well protected from construction wear and tear, and also that we could continue living in our home with as little disruption as possible during the renovation. These were our number one concerns going into the project and we were blown away by the care they took to accommodate us! Katie was so great to work with on the design side of things.
