The staff was Absolutely amazing! Dr. James was pleasant and professional ,so was his Assistant Michelle, she was very thorough and patient And so was our Alexis she showed us a lovely variety of eyewear to choose from. Even the receptionist were so very sweet, mild tone and professional. In and out but thorough. ✨✨✨✨
I have been coming here for just over two years now. Dr Ryder and the entire team at Horizon Eye Care Waverly office are outstanding. Not only are they excellent professionally, but they airways make you feel cared for. They are genuinely pleasant people, regularly wearing a smile from greeting to goodbye. When I moved from PA to NC, my retinologist in PA recommended Dr Ryder, and I can see why. Bravo to Dr Ryder and his team!!!... Update: Three and a half years in and somehow they're better than ever! We love Dr. Kaluzny. He has improved my quality of life by solving my extreme dry eye problem. He patiently worked with me until my problem was solved. I have recommended Dr. K to my friends and I would give him a 10 star if I could.
