Very professional yet conversation like talking to your brother. He listens totally without saying a word. Gives me my results with compassion. I continue with Horizon because of Dr Minkowski. He is like the ole school doctor with a modern day spin. AND I love how when he is finished and the technician comes in he is right outside the door and may return with advice for the technician. I pray that never stops.
I was greeted with smiles by front desk personnel, promptly taken into an eye examination room by a very competent and friendly associate, who checked my eyes and zeroed in on the perfect (better than ever!) prescription. Then Dr Minkowski came in, checked my eyes, all the while explaining in his personable style the whats/whys of the issues I have encountered. I just moved from St Louis MO to the Charlotte area where my STL retina doctor referred me to Steven Ryder. After my first visit yesterday I feel I’m in good hands to continue my retina treatments. He had thoroughly reviewed the treatment records from my previous doctor and then listened to my concerns.
