We have been beyond pleased with Dr Carpenter and his office and staff. Personable, professional and spends the time listening to his patients. You never feel rushed or not heard. Dr Carpenter diagnosed what others missed. Highly recommended!

I have been a patient at Carpenter Eye Associates for many years now. Dr. Matthew Carpenter is an excellent optometrist. My former eye doctor was killed in a motorcycle accident more than fifteen years ago & I never thought I would ever find another optometrist as kind, compassionate & caring but I did!!! Dr. Carpenter is one-of-a-kind!! He is very attentive to my needs, a good listener, very knowledgeable in his field & proactive when treating potential problems. He always makes me feel comfortable, answers any questions or addresses any concerns I may have, conducts very thorough exams, & is very personable. The staff here is helpful and friendly. I have been seeing Dr. Deborah Black for years at this location and at her previous location. She cares about her patients and takes time with each one.
