I was referred to Heather after another salon in Charlotte put permanent color on my blonde hair when it should have just been a darker toner. It completely threw off my color. When she started trying to lift it, my hair turned carrot orange because of the permanent dye underneath and I honestly thought my hair was going to be ruined.
Heather stayed calm and immediately went into problem-solving mode. I basically became the salon’s project girl for the day, and she even had a few of the other stylists jump in to help so we could fix it the right way. I moved from Orlando Florida almost 3 years ago and I have not had any luck with anyone doing my hair. A week ago I went to this new salon and had my hair done, roots and highlights. The next day my hair turned yellow, I was devastated, I called them back and they refused to do anything even though ai paid over $250.00.
