I called Greenway Waste Solutions a few days ago when I realized I was going to be able to be at my childhood Family Lake House in Mooresville for the weekend. Our septic tank was installed in 1984 when the house was being built, and has NEVER been pumped! Thai & Thim who work for Greenway showed up and found the buried septic tank. I did have the county department septic records for the house printed out and showed them where I thought the tank was located. It was definitely past time to get this done. Steve and Chris did a great job pumping my rental house in Charlotte. They were very communicative and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what they were doing even though we weren't on site. They even sent pictures so we could better understand. Will be using this company for future needs.
