Had an issue with my septic drain field. Although it took some time to get a response, when I spoke with Misty, an appointment was made very quickly. Timothy Jenkins came out, identified the main problem and a second potential issue and fixed them both immediately.

I called Greenway Waste Solutions a few days ago when I realized I was going to be able to be at my childhood Family Lake House in Mooresville for the weekend. Our septic tank was installed in 1984 when the house was being built, and has NEVER been pumped! Thai & Thim who work for Greenway showed up and found the buried septic tank. I did have the county department septic records for the house printed out and showed them where I thought the tank was located. It was definitely past time to get this done. Thai & Thim did a fantastic job! They showed me both openings once they were both cleaned out and even showed me where it looked like a pipe was clogged... read full review
