I walked in with no appointment and was able to be seated and had my hair cut done within 20 minutes. Super quick, super friendly, and easy to walk right in (provided you have an account, which is just your phone number and basic info. I'm sure if you didnt it would only take a minute to put your info in the computer). Tara was the stylist who cut my hair and she did a great job! Even though she had never cut my hair before, which can be a little tricky to cut, she figured it out quickly and gave me a great haircut! 10/10 would recommend!

This is my second visit in about 3 months roughly as I’m growing out my hair. Both ladies who trimmed me up each time were amazing. They did exactly what I asked for, perfectly. Everyone is so nice there! I may not go back to my old salon once I’m ready for a true style. I highly recommend this location for a trim/cut.

I just wanted to send a quick note to say that Charlotte at your Great Clips Rivergate location in Charlotte, NC is sensational.I hope this message gets to her somehow. I am 7 months pregnant with a lot of health issues, making it hard to even shower most days, let alone wash and blow dry my hair.
