I was going through a LOT with my hair and out of desperation I reached out to Lauren to see if there was anything that could be done. She was able to fit me in for not only a consultation , but also a cut and treatment. AND all in 45 minutes!!! I was in and out and felt SO much better! She was SO nice and understanding with my situation. I have booked my follow up and will not be putting the health journey for my hair, in her more than capable hands!! I love going to Hair Majesty. Lauren is always prepared when arrive. I also love the personal experience of not having anyone else in the shop while I am there. She always does a great job and very responsive to any questions I may have. I've been going to her for over 4 years. She's the best!!!

From the initial phone call to the end of my first appointment was pleasant. She was very professional, yet engaging. She explained each step of the service I was getting, and even gave advise about maintaining my style-something most stylists fail to do because it doesn't add money to their wallet. The greatest experience of my visit was the final result! Mrs. Lauren's hands are blessed! I got the smoothing system (I have Naturally Curly hair) but left with bone straight hair, with little manipulatation- something I greatly appreciate!
