I usually get it cut at a barber school for $8-$10 but I decided to go to great clips and get it cut because of this coupon

I've been using the Arboretum location for a couple of years. I have been satisfied each time.
Stylist: Nina listens to how you'd like to have your hair styled. But she also offers her professional opinion, if you ask. I have never received a "bad" cut from Nina. She also recommends product that she believes would treat your hair better than anything offered by department stores. There is no pressure to purchase extra product, but the professional advice is there if you want it and it's based on your hair type, so that what's recommended will work best for you.

Usually good service here. But the last 2 times the estimated wait time has been waaaaaay off. I get it that it is an estimate. But the last times I have been arriving 15-20 mins after the app said. I still had to wait 20 more mins. Hard to understand how it can give a 13 minute estimate at check in and it take 45+. Their stylists are friendly and give pretty good cuts
