Freedom Air was dispatched to my home through my Homeowner Insurance (American HomeShield). They had dispatched a couple others to my home but they were over priced and I didn’t trust their diagnosis. Freedom Air came out and was very professional and detailed. He took the time to show and discuss with me everything that he discovered. He made sure to call American HomeShield while he was at my home to make sure that the services is covered so he can complete everything in a timely manner. There were days where he had to come to my home twice in one day but did not make it an issue. He worked well with me to ensure that my AC was repaired.
