As a licensed agent, I asked Reid to list my home since I was moving out of town. Always good to know which doctor a doctor chooses or which dentist a dentist chooses. Same situation here, which realtor does this realtor choose? Reid took control from the start, he organized a prelisting inspection, had photos and a video walk thru done. We were ready to list and boom... COVID happened. Do we list, do we take it off and wait? Realtors were not allowed to show the property, we discussed with Reid and decided to list. Within two hours and a No -show order in effect, we had an above asking price offer!! Because of the great deal of attention and detail that was given to our listing, the buyers were comfortable moving forward. I can't thank you enough Reid, you and your team were INCREDIBLE!
