When I got a pinched nerve from lifting a greenhouse, then a week later, taking a fall onto my back-I was in so much pain! I went to Massage and that helped the first Massage, but the second Massage the masseuse was way too rough and I came away in more pain than when I went in. So I remembered that when this happened a couple years ago I had went to acupuncture so I tried looking up that place but it’s no longer in business so in researching I found this location in Charlotte. It was a bit of a drive but it had really good reviews and I thought heck if I could get any relief it’s worth it!

Dr. St.Germain is helping me so much with my posture, and shoulder tension ever since i started getting weekly adjustments! Red light therapy has also helped my bodies inflammation and over all well being, my moods are better and my skin and hair are much healthier! I recommend Family First Chiropractic to so many people!
Absolutely amazing! I struggle with chronic pain due to scoliosis and severe TMJ. My bones are rubbing together without joints. I am only in my 30s but I have been in pain for as long as I can remember. Dr. Germain has given me hope that I can live in a body without it feeling like a prison that will keep falling apart. Her and her team are fantastic.
