I was extremely satisfied with the team at Falcone Crawlspace & Structural Repair. From the thorough and educational quote process from Rex, followed up with Anita, Sarah, and Greg helping to coordinate with all involved, and Randal and his crew doing exceptional work repairing and replacing the required woodwork underneath. Randal and Hector came out again to do a walk through to make sure all was in satisfactory condition. This company is great and highly recommended! Thanks, David
Falcone recently repaired an issue in our basement and we were very pleased from start to finish. Eric explained the scope of the work to be done and along with Tony, Manuel and Chris did a great job. Definitely recommending them!
We had problem that should have been caught by the home inspector when we bought the house in 2017. There was a budging, cracking wall in the basement. We made the decision to get it fixed. We were not going to try and hide it like the sellers did back then. We contacted a Professional Engineering firm to access the wall. They examined the wall and provided a detailed report – fortunately as a PDF.
We contacted at least 5 crawl space contractors, emailing them the PE’s report. If they responded, it was to say that they were not big enough to handle the job. I appreciated their honesty and asked for recommendations. We finally got a recommendation... read full review
