Totally unprofessional and a big waste of time. They guaranteed me that I would be in the best hands for me and my company and that they have the best financial products and services. After providing my info and having a discussion and overview of what they could provide, I didn't hear back from them, no communication, and they did not know the person who was working with me.
Beware of using you for your time. I was approached about a 45-60 minute consulting opportunity for my thoughts on an IT software technology. I had to verify with my company that I was able to participate and was in communication with them on timeframe. The process involved me sharing my contact info as well as my high level thoughts on the topic. I was ghosted after providing this information and was told several weeks later that I missed the deadline.
