The company's knowledgeable and responsive team, led by Cory, offers a comprehensive range of IT solutions, from hardware and software to platform and network implementation, helping businesses streamline their operations and overcome IT challenges efficiently.
Having dealt with both private IT firms and public company IT departments, Charlotte Networks is hands down the best I've ever worked with. The breadth and depth of knowledge and experience, ranging from hardware to software, platform and network implementation and security, to responsiveness and a proactive mindset, has brought the complete IT package for our company together seamlessly and drastically reduced, if not eliminated, human resource drains tied to self-diagnosing or band-aid solutions in the past. Given our firms operations in multiple states, that is no small feat. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Can't say enough good things about Cory and his team at Charlotte Networks. When we had some major network problems at the company call center, Cory took us on same day, got us back up with a temporary solution, and constructed a plan for a long-term network solution. What used to be a jumbled mess of wires is now something I am confident is helping our company to meet our customer needs.Two things especially stand out about Charlotte Networks. The first is that Cory gave me a list of components to buy for the new system. He didn't but them himself and up-charge me 15 or 25%. He let me price them and get them at competitive prices. I own a mid-size insurance brokerage and I really can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Cory here and how lucky we were to find this company. It was just an exemplary experience overall.I contacted them do a full overhaul of my IT environment. Cory was incredibly patient with our needs and spent several hours of his own time (including after hours) helping consult with me on what I may or may not have needed - all without ever charging me or pitching his services.
