Super helpful, and were out within 24hrs of calling them. During a super hot stretch. Kenny was great and very knowledgeable. Checked over unit after it acted up, and gave suggestions on what to look out for in the future, and how to deal with future issues should they arise
Job review: Apr 9, 2025 Installation: Apr 18, 2025 Exact Temp Heating & Cooling does better than average on the market. Price: I got 3 Price quote from reputable contractors. Exact Temp Heating & Cooling gave me a best price. Response: Again. Respond time for both review and installation were best out of four. Work quality: This is just average. Didn’t flow dry nitrogen during the brazing. Pad installation made slopy. Vacuum test was running short. Overall recommendation: this vendor is recommend.
I’ve had multiple HVAC companies come to my house via Home Warranty companies and they were ALL terrible! Exact Temp is responsible, honest and consultative in their approach. They’ve fixed all the “repairs” made by those other companies!
