First of all, I contacted this lady without an appointment on a short notice when I got there, she quoted me. I wasn’t satisfied with that quote so I was gonna leave but somehow she gave me a $10 off discount And so I stayed so she can begin the process on re-twisting my locs and when I tell you, she changed my mind and I stayed and I got my hair done. My hair was matted together due to negligence on my behalf however, when I tell you, she pull them apart gracefully not even complain. One bit she got me right on top of that. Awesome. Top quality work. The owner is very professional and kind. Some of the BEST braiding in Charlotte. Outstanding work. While I was getting my hair braided, a customer from South Carolina drove two hours to get her granddaughter’s hair braided. I myself drove a little bit over an hour to get my service.
