We ordered Hunter Douglas duette honeycomb shades for multiple windows in our home. Tiffany helped us with our choices and measurements, and she was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive. Installation was seamless. We’re thrilled with the shades and highly recommend Elite Shutters & Blinds.
I love the quality of my Elite Shutters! We had shutters made for the dining room, bedroom and 2 baths. We didn’t have shutters made for the bay window in the living room as we didn’t think it was possible to mount them. When Chris came to mount them, he said that he thought he could. The owner came as well as the salesman , Joe Walthall. The shutters for the living room are now on order. They should be here in the next couple of weeks. I like the fact that the shutters are made locally! I don’t like being dependent on foreign goods. They were able to match our paint PERFECTLY with a nice hard finish. Joe also led me to the 3.5” shutter that is beautiful and I hope will help sell the house when that time comes.
We used them 20 years ago and never had any type of problem with our shutters. Darrell drove from Charlotte NC to Hoschton Ga. (3 1/2 hours) make our shutters. Nothing but praise for him and his company. They pay a lot of attention to the details when making the shutters. I would highly recommend them and we would definitely use them again!!
