My experience was great WITH XIOMARA! I would definitely recommend booking with Xiomara ONLY on the website!! She does not disappoint and does not miss. Her creativity and attention to detail with my freestyle was amazing. Be sure to book in the site ahead of time so that it can be easier for both you and the tech. I believe they take walk-ins as well, but it just makes more sense overall to book online. If you have questions about what specifically to book with her just call and they’ll help.
Katherine is so talented, sweet, and accommodating. Came in 10 minutes before closing and still provided top notch service. Her french tips EAT DOWN!!!! Definitely found my new favorite nail tech.
Loved how my gel x manicure turned out, it’s held up great over the last couple of weeks and the staff was nice. That said, the space feels a bit outdated and could be cleaner.
The biggest issue was pricing. I asked for a Gel-X mani, which was listed online as $65 and confirmed via phone before making an appt, but was surprised at checkout to be charged extra for shaping and gel color, bringing the total to nearly $100 with tip. Since shaping and polish are essential parts of a mani, I expected them to be included. The total cost overall isn’t surprising compared to other salons but was a factor of why I chose this location.
