I’ve seen Rommel a handful of times since I moved here in March. He’s been fantastic with alleviating my shoulder pain. He has great hand strength and doesn’t dig his elbows into my back (not a fan of this).
If you’re looking for someone to help you with shoulder and back pain then I would highly recommend him :)
They did increase the membership from $80 to $90 a month which I’m not a fan of.
On a separate note, there’s plenty of parking and the facility is clean.
