Caitlin is absolutely incredible. I highly recommend her. She does true bodywork that is extremely effective at relieving pain without digging in or causing unnecessary discomfort. I always leave feeling noticeably better — more aligned, mobile, and relieved. What really sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares about long-term results. She’s taken the time to show me stretches to do at home, and they’ve made such a difference. You can truly feel her passion for helping people feel better, and it shows in her work every single session.
Such an amazing experience. We were flying standby and didn’t make the first flight so we had a couple hours to kill and this place was perfect, right around the corner from the airport, 2 minute Uber ride! The owner even drove us to the airport after our massage.
I’ve been working with Carrie for the past two years, including during my pregnancy, and she consistently helps relieve my pain. Most recently, she resolved an acute my migraine that was being caused by a trigger point in my shoulder blade. Her knowledge, care, and skill continue to make a major difference in my overall well-being. I highly recommend her!
