Excellent customer service from Paula in the office to Alex who provided onsite service. Paula was super helpful with ordering our screened deck door handle and scheduling service. Alex had excellent communication with giving me a heads up of his arrival and was very professional and efficient. We have used Eastway lock and key for our front door lock system also in the past. They are our go-to resource for any lock/door hardware needs.
