I’ve been going here for the past two years that’s usually the spot I try to go to since it’s near me but I just hate how they are never on time in the mornings. Their business hours say 10 AM but they are literally always late and not there at 10 AM. The first time I noticed they were late, I thought it was just a one time thing but it’s literally every day they are late. Then when they do open on time, they tell you they can’t start your nails because the manicure person isn’t there yet so you either have to get a pedicure or a wax to kill time until the person who can do your manicure Comes. This is probably one of my favorite nail salons to go to in Charlotte. I’ve been coming here off and on for about 6 years and I’ve never had an issue with them. Their prices have increased because of Covid but tbh every businesses prices have increased. Customers see things on instagram and want to recreate it when those pictures come from private nail techs. If you want something extravagant and don’t wanna pay an arm and leg for it…go to a nail tech versus the salon. The salon is a bit more pricey. Yes there’s a wait, it’s a busy place on certain days.
