I had service with them for years that I’ve been going to this place and I just called to see if it was a way for them to discount due to my nails and my toes messing up as soon as they did and they did not have good customer service they have awful service. I recommend people not to go to them because at the end of the day if a customer is a liable customer or customer that has been coming there often you should be able to make sure that your customer is satisfied and they didn’t do that. This place is actually AWESOME! The staff is so polite. They have wine and the music was on point. Just a good overall experience. So me, my sisters, my daughter and my mom went. They did a great job. Even my son got a manicure?
After trying multiple different salons in Charlotte, Dynasty Nails is my favorite!! Chris did my nails this time and they look AMAZING! My nails always last so long, and they have good prices!
