Maggie is the epitome of both stellar customer service as well as compassionate care. She has a heart for patient care, being especially aware of the special needs of the elderly. When my husband called for an appointment for a family member, Maggie went above and beyond to make everything smooth. Further, at the first appointment, she took it upon herself to personally welcome our family member! Similarly, anytime I have a question or concern, she goes out of her way to help us. People like Maggie are rare gems!

I was referred to Dr. Scott Philippe, OD by my friend, Dr. Koonce, for my extremely dry eyes. He is absolutely amazing. After a few days using various solutions he suggested, my eyes are much better. I can now drive without constantly blinking too much. I will see you again very soon for other eye check-ups, as well! Thanks so much!!

The staff was great and very friendly everyone was following covid guidlines and we're overall efficient and professional, I had Julian was a great help with choosing new frames and was very pleasant to talk with!
