Went for a simple manicure after work and ended up staying longer because the nail artist was fixing tiny details so carefully. One nail chipped slightly the next day, which disappointed me at first, but they told me to come back and repaired it free of charge within ten minutes. Rare to find places that don’t argue with customers over small things like that.

I can’t find my original review, so I’m doing this again! I went in because I saw reviews were good. I asked for a a light trim, long layers and V shape. She said no problem! When she finished she asked if this was ok! I told her no and she asked me “what do you want me to do?”… we came to the resolve that blending didn’t feel possible, so it went from a light trim to a chop, and I was still left with choppy uneven layers. For a wash and blow out they may be good, but it seems anything beyond that is too advanced!

The lady was nice but when I called one day prior she told me $30 for a haircut and then the lady charged me $40 when I got there and she did not cut it correctly it was very choppy and I had a lot of long pieces only thing I asked was a simple bob haircut

I live in NY & always travel to Charlotte just to get my hair done with Kenia. She is amazing and I recommend everyone to go to her. Best hair stylist around!

I recently had an absolutely infuriating experience at Dominican Hair Salon Name. I went in for a simple blowout and was shocked when I received the bill—they blatantly overcharged me!
When I confronted the manager about the outrageous price, he was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Instead of listening to my concerns, he acted condescending and made me feel completely unwelcome. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful.
I’ve never been treated so poorly at a salon. I will never be coming back and strongly advise others to avoid this place unless you want to be overcharged and treated like dirt.

I absolutely love this salon. I come all the time and Fanny does my hair. She treats me like family. The young man that works there is very kind and helpful to everyone. They offer me coffee water whatever. I feel like I am home verse a hair salon. I love it here and I recommend anyone to come and get slayed… I drive 1.5 hour but it’s definitely worth my time and energy ❤️❤️❤️❤️
