I really like Dr Pointon but the practice has gone downhill since switching over to Piedmont. It’s very difficult to get anybody to answer the phone and when they do, they’re unprofessional. Even in person, they are rude and do not treat you like the customer.

Made an appointment online and called to verify - apparently the online appointment system doesn’t work. Why have this option available if it doesn’t work? It was very misleading. While on the phone I asked about afternoon appointments at 4pm (like the one I booked online) and she told me they don’t do that as they close at 4:30. Idk anything about the doctors here as I never visited, but they seem disorganized and their website is extremely misleading when it comes to making an appointment

Dr. Pointen does a thorough job. She is very personable and knowledgeable. Love my visits with her.
