Location and amenities are great, renovated units are mostly well done. Tip for contractors - actually make sure all kitchen cabinets can open and are not blocked by fridge. Upgrading facilities is great, but constant construction on site can be annoying. Great spot for those recently graduated. Aside from one instance where a maintenance worker threatened to fight me, staff has been great
Olivia was super professional, kind, and helpful! We showed up earlier than our scheduled tour and she was super accommodating. She answered all of our questions and gave us a great experience at MAA 1225!
