OTR Truck drivers... Do not use this building for delivery. Use 2012 Freedom Dr. If you approach with the building on your right (I77 exit 10B, R on Morehead, R on Freedom) you can pull across the roadway and straight back into the dock. That's the fastest way to get the heck out of the roadway. The other way is still blocking 4 lanes but a bad setup. Abide by your appointment time so you'll have the docks to yourself. Great people here. As long as you have good backing skills, you'll love this customer.

Wonderful selection of parts at a reasonable price. When I visited recently they were able to get a dryer knob for me quickly and efficiently. I only needed to give them the model number and they were able to locate all the other information.

Amazing service and a great group of people work there. I needed a part for my dryer and not only did Eric get it for me quickly but he even replaced the heating element I needed and saved me a lot of time. Customer service is top quality here. I recommend them to anyone needing quality parts.
