I cannot brag about this place enough. The customer service is unmatched, especially in the areas of kindness, warmth, and professionalism. I've had the opportunity to work with both Mika and Tommy; their ability to make you feel as if you're a long-term client and personal friend was such a beautiful experience! Recently, I had a last-minute health emergency and called to let them know, despite the fact that it was within the 24-hour window of cancellation. When I explained the situation, they were unbelievably kind and understanding, not charging me the cancellation fee.
