Visiting Charlotte and popped in for a class here! I took the coreFORMER class with Emily and she was great. I was new to this studio and hadn’t taken a Pilates class In a while. She gave me a great run down of how the class would go and also how they run their Pilates classes at this specific studio (because they’re also a little different!). She also kept a true eye on all class participants the entire duration of class and came over and helped provide form corrections and instruction clarifications which was SUPER helpful. I have been coming here for about 2 months..at first totally kicking my butt and seemed to cause all kind of injury in my back, shoulders etc. The coaches are super knowledgeable and supportive...in addressing my issues and helping me correct my position on the machine. I'm so so much stronger and get stronger everytime I go. Love this place!
Love this studio! Shout out to Emily and Maggie, amazing instructors. Always a challenging class, this studio is always clean and love all the different music they play. 10/10 ??
