Just had today's special Coq au vin, and it was fabulous! Delicate flavors, perfectly seasoned, so as not to overpower the delicious celeriac. Such lovely people, and wonderful food!!

I absolutely love this place! The food is spectacular, the portions are very generous and at an incredible price. $12.00 for a meal with leftovers most of the time!!
Charlotte, is a sweetheart!! She really makes this restaurant feel like a small town.
Additionally, the school helps folks get back on their feet, which I really respect.
Thanks to all the staff for providing such a wonderful experience!

We had a fabulous work event here last night. Chef Ron was a gracious and entertaining host, his team was attentive and welcoming, the food was absolutely five star, the kitchen activities were super fun, and the cause is motivational. Highly recommend for a special work event!!!

Always have had a great experience here! It is a great cause and they serve great food! I miss their community lunches when they were on Distribution Street but the cafe probably serves their interests better. I wish they were open in the evenings because I tend to eat later in the day. The staff at the front counter are very friendly! A+

I received a box lunch for a work thing and I was happy that they said they could provide gluten free option. When I opened my box, I found a gluten free wrap (I think), orzo, and a cookie that looked like everyone else’s cookie. My box said GF. Orzo is not gf and neither was my cookie - if I had eaten that I would have gotten sick for days. It was misleading and dangerous to not have the whole box be GF. If you’re going to offer the option, actually provide what your promising so that you don’t cause harm or hunger. Some have it worse than me and it could haves caused them serious issues for months.
